Responsibilities

• Administers payroll related function, which includes preparation, processing and reporting. • Coordinates new hire on-boarding process, reporting and follow-ups. • Assists with benefit administration. • Assists in the maintenance of Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database. • Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations. • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Knowledge of human resources principles and practices is required. • Prior experience with an HRIS system, payroll and/or benefits is preferred. • The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, have strong analytical, communication and organization skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products is required. Experience with HRIS and payroll software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Position Summary This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Training Team Manager and the Organizational Change Management team with training development and strategies as it applies to the specific enterprise level IT architecture of the SAP business practices. Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities 1. Develops detailed documents and materials for user trainings for the ERP conversion within the SAP framework. 2. Understands how technical training documents are designed, implemented, and maintained to facilitate business processes. 3. Designs training applications for clarity, readability and ease of use. 4. Delivers and presents end-user training modules. 5. Effectively assists within the H. D. Smith staged SAP implementation. 6. Other tasks and projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

Skills/Knowledge/Qualifications Needed Bachelor degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Knowledge of SAP infrastructure and navigation Practical development experience as a SAP training developer while using the RWD U Perform performance support training software Additional experience with desktop software such as MS Office, MS Project, Adobe and graphics software is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Experience developing, writing and presenting training materials.
